Use these steps to organize your next moves. Pledge to cancel Prime, sign the petition, and contact Amazon leadership respectfully with your story.
Cancel Prime
- Visit amazon.com and sign in.
- Open the “Account & Lists” menu and choose “Prime Membership”.
- Select “Manage Membership” and choose “Update, Cancel and More”.
- Pick “End Membership” to cancel and confirm. Set a calendar reminder to reevaluate after Amazon responds.
